Our Verdict
Building the 2065-Piece Electric Lighthouse was a weekend project that kept my children engaged and off their screens for hours. We tested the stability of the components and the clarity of the instructions to see if this 2026 release truly delivers on its promise as an educational toy.
Performance & Build Quality
The plastic bricks possess a satisfying clutch power that ensures the structure remains sturdy throughout the assembly process. The inclusion of electrical components adds a level of complexity that elevates it beyond a standard display model, making the final result feel like a real engineering achievement.
Day-to-Day Experience
The setup requires patience, but the logical progression of the build keeps frustration at bay for experienced young builders. Once complete, the light function provides a calming ambient glow that makes it an excellent addition to any bedroom or workspace.
This kit is perfect for children who love architectural challenges and want a rewarding, interactive display piece for their room.
